Harry's transition into real estate was a natural extension of his extensive background in building and contracting. With 38 years of experience in the construction industry, including 15 years running his own general contracting company and operating a successful residential property management business, Harry brought deep professional expertise to his real estate career. An avid golfer who enjoys boating and follows the equestrian world up and down the east coast, Harry balances his professional life with diverse personal passions. His public service as a Township Supervisor in Chester County, Pennsylvania, for six years, further enriched his understanding of local dynamics. In 2017, Harry moved to Northeast Florida, where he continued to build his real estate career. He first obtained his Pennsylvania real estate license in 2004 with BHHS Fox & Roach Realtors and later secured his Florida license in 2019 with BHHS Florida Network Realty. Advancing quickly, Harry earned his Broker Associate License in 2021 and remained with Florida Network Realty until October 2024. In November, he took an exciting step by joining Engel & Völkers Real Estate in St. Augustine, where he looks forward to continuing his career in the sunshine state.
